About the Cultural Night Market:

The ASHHO Cultural Night Market is dedicated to uplifting and promoting Black, Brown, LGBTQ+, and marginalized communities. Our Cultural Night Market provides vendors with the opportunity to showcase and sell their goods with minimal barriers.

Many of our vendors are single parents, survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking, undocumented individuals, refugees, small business owners, and aspiring entrepreneurs, from youth to elders. We encourage intentional shopping within our community to support our vendors.



Application Process:

  • Your application will help us decide whether your business/organization is a good fit for our Cultural Night Market.

  • If your application is approved, you'll receive an email to pay your vendor fee within 7 business days.

  • The ASHHO Cultural Night Market reserves the right to deny any vendor application.


Vendor Application Fee:

  • $60 per event date: artists, makers, clothes, baked goods, and non-profit organizations - does not include 6ft table.

  • $10 per event date: 6ft table.

  • $5 per event date: Tablecloth.

    Payment Preferred:

  • We accept Venmo (@ashhocateringevents), Credit Card, Check, or Cash.

  • Please make checks payable to ASHHO Catering & Events Center LLC.

  • Payment will not be collected on the event day.

  • No Refund Policy: If you’re unable to attend the Cultural Night Market, you will not receive a refund, and your payment will not rollover into the next event date.


Event Details:

  • Set up Time: Saturdays from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm (Please note: ALL vendors must be completely set up by 3:30 pm. No vendors will be allowed to set up after 3:30 pm).

  • Event Hours: 4 pm to 8 pm.

  • Location: 5757 Littlerock Rd SW #4 Tumwater, WA 98512 (across from Costco)


There are often visible and invisible barriers that impede Black, Brown, Women, and LGBTQ+ artists and makers in our communities. Our goal is to create room for local Black, Brown, Women, and LGBTQ+ artists and makers to tell their stories and thrive.

Your application will help us decide whether your business/organization is a good fit for our Cultural Bazaar. Decisions will be made by creating the most diverse mix of vendors and may vary from month to month. Application fees are non-refundable.

After you submit the application, we will be in touch with you to explain the next steps. Please send us a digital photo of your logo and your products. It will help us with marketing and promoting.

Vendor Agreement

Below are some some guidelines for selling at the ASHHO Cultural Night Market

  1. The space is available for set up at 1:30 p.m. We require all vendors to be set up prior to 3:30 p.m. Doors open at 4 p.m.

  2. Many attendees of the Night Market use cash. Please make sure you bring some petty cash for change.

  3. When you arrive, please check in with ASHHO staff.

  4. Please do your best to utilize your reservation as the success of the event depends on all our vendors.
