About the Cultural Bazaar:

The ASHHO Cultural Bazaar is dedicated to uplifting and promoting Black, Brown, LGBTQ+, and marginalized communities. Our Cultural Bazaar provides vendors with the opportunity to showcase and sell their goods with minimal barriers.

Many of our vendors are single parents, survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking, refugees, small business owners, and aspiring entrepreneurs, from youth to elders. We encourage intentional shopping within our community to support our vendors.



Application Process:

  • Your application will help us decide whether your business/organization is a good fit for our Cultural Bazaar.

  • If your application is approved, you'll receive an email to pay your vendor fee within 7 business days.

  • The ASHHO Cultural Bazaar reserves the right to deny any vendor application.


Vendor Application Fee:

  • $60 per event date: artists, makers, clothes, baked goods, and non-profit organizations - does not include 6ft table.

  • $10 per event date: 6ft table.

  • $5 per event date: Tablecloth.

    Payment Preferred:

  • We accept Venmo (@ashhocateringevents), Credit Card, Check, or Cash.

  • Please make checks payable to ASHHO Catering & Events Center LLC.

  • Payment will not be collected on the event day.

  • No Refund Policy: If you’re unable to attend the Cultural Bazaar, you will not receive a refund, and your payment will not rollover into the next event date.


Event Details:

  • Set up Time: Saturdays from 8:30AM to 10:30 AM (Please note: ALL vendors must be completely set up by 10:30 am. No vendors will be allowed to set up after 10:30 am).

  • Event Hours: 11AM - 3PM.

  • Location: 5757 Littlerock Rd SW #4 Tumwater, WA 98512 (across from Costco)

Vendor Agreement

Below are some some guidelines for selling at the ASHHO Cultural Bazaar

  1. The space is available for set up at 8:30 a.m. We require all vendors to be set up prior to 10:30 a.m. Doors open at 11 a.m.

  2. Many attendees of the Cultural Bazaar use cash. Please make sure you bring some petty cash for change.

  3. When you arrive, please check in with ASHHO staff.

  4. Please do your best to utilize your reservation as the success of the event depends on all our vendors.
